Requirement:
? Min O level qualification
? At least 6 months experience in Logistics, Transportation Firm
? Preferable with some shipping procedures knowledge
? Proficient in MS Office
? Might required to answer call after working hours
? Able to work independently in fast paced environment
Job scope:
?? Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently. (More to container line)
?? Build a strong relationship with customer
?? Communicate & follow-up with customer daily on the status of their shipments or deliveries
?? Ensure customer's requirements are communicated with operations team promptly
?? Communicate and coordinate with superior and warehouse to improve department process
?? Ensure all email are to be respond on time
?? Coordination with internal operation team to ensure information/date provided to them through different system for smooth operations
?? Do reports that are required from superior
