Working hours:
8 - 12 hours rostered shift (including overnight shifts; additional shift allowances apply)
Option A: 12-hours shift, 9am-9pm/ 9pm-9am, 4-days work include weekends, 2 days off rotation (Additional 3 days off per month) OR
Option B: 8-hours shift, 9am-6pm / 12pm to 9pm / 12am to 9am, 5-days work include weekends, 2 off days
Key Responsibilities:
Handle foreign exchange transactions for the customers at the Airport
Deliver excellent customer service
Follow the sales process in order to maximize sales
Adhering to operational and compliance regulations
Requirements:
Min. GCE ‘O’ Levels or above
Fluent in English
At least 1 year of working experience in dealing with currencies or cash or physical customer service exposure
Possess customer service, or cash handling, or currency exchange experiences
