Job Description

SINGAPOREAN ONLY

Customer Service, Warehouse (Singaporean Only / Exp in Logistics / VB / Rotating Shift)

Location: Jalan Buroh


Working Time: Rotating shift (2 weeks Day shift & 2 weeks Night Shift)

Mondays to Fridays (subject to change): 7.30am to 4.30pm (Day shift) / 10.00pm to 7.00am (Night shift)

Saturdays (subject to change): 7.30am to 7.00pm - (Alternate Sat - 5.25 days after Confirmation)


Responsibilities :


Responsible for the preparation work of invoice, order processing, delivery orders and delivery summary

Reply and acknowledge customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report through email or phone call

Manage trucking container/shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight team

Daily filing

Do closing for all D/O

Prepare and perform inbound, outbound and inventory reports

Check GRN (Goods Received Notice)

Any ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirement:


At least O level 

1 years of experience in logistics industry

Basic knowledge / experiences on WMS / SAP and documentation.

Experience in MS Office, Pivot Table, Vlookup
