Order Processing Customer Service Agent


Job Description

Our Client is a leading leader in the Aviation Industry and they are looking for vibrant individuals to be a part of their team.


Job Scope:

- Facilitating order collection, consolidation, cancellation & fulfilment

- Collecting of customer details for home deliveries arrangement 

- Ensure products are correct as per customer's order / acknowledgement slips

- To ensure that the products are in good orders when receiving from merchants

- Ensuring timely coordination with team members for transferring of orders 

- Providing live updates for all orders transfer / movement 

- Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time 


Requirement:

- GCE O level with 1 year of Customer Service / order processing experience

- Strong team player and ability to work well independently

- Team player & able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in customer service is an added advantage


Other information:

- Training Provided

- Timing: 10am-10pm/10pm- 10am
