Customer Service ???? Training Provided Salary $2500 ( Up To $4500 )

•Position: Permanent

• Hours: Retail hours (weekends included)

• Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments vial call /message and email.

• Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area and receive customers with greetings upon their arrival at the outlet, answering enquiries about treatment services

• Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)

• Willing to work retail hours.

• Telemarketing / Customer service-related experience will be an added advantage.

• Target driven and customer service oriented.

• Strong Interest in the Beauty grooming industry (Hair Care, Beauty, Slimming).

• Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
