Job Info:

Salary: Basic up to $2600 + OT + VB + Flexi Dollars $700

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

Location: Tuas Crescent (Company transport pick up at Tuas Crescent MRT)

Probation period fully on-site. After confirmation WFH 2 Days WFO 3 Day

Job Scope:

Handling accounts payable tasks

Match GRN invoices in three ways and enter invoices into ERP via supplier portal

Process payments by receiving, verifying, and reconciling invoices

Process staff claims via e-claim portal

Identify and flag any irregularities detected during invoice processing

Record expenses to accounts and cost centers based on the nature of the invoice

Conduct bi-monthly and weekly payment runs to suppliers and employees

Perform supplier reconciliation monthly

File documents

Perform bank reconciliation for payments

Prepare balance sheet schedules

Address supplier inquiries

Complete AP monthly closing activities

Perform any other tasks/projects assigned by supervisor
