Applied Sales Engineer | BMS/HVAC/ACMV | Up to $5500 GROSS + VB
Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Office in Boon Lay-Islandwide
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 (Basic + $1000 Transport allowance) + AWS + Minimum 2 months Variable Bonus (max up to 5 MONTHS BONUS) + 16 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main responsibilities :
Promote and propose chiller & equipment to building consultants and contractors
Responsible for developing long term customer relationships
Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts
Maximizing account penetration and customer retention
Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
Update forecast timely into the system
Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales.
Differentiates & made company product as preferred supplier
Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.
Requirement:
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent
1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus
Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply
