Key responsibilities: -
Assist in compliance matters including: -
Conducting a full spectrum of CDD/EDD for the company’s customers;
Reviewing key aspects of company’s operations to ensure adherence to the applicable statutory rules and regulations, MAS notices and guidelines, and company’s policies and procedures; and
Resolving compliance-related questions and queries from management and colleagues.
Assist in financial matters including:-
Monitoring monthly transactions, bookkeeping and accounting;
Assisting in the preparation of financial reporting to headquarters;
Assisting in the preparation for audits and inspections; and
Handling general ad-hoc administrative and ad-hoc secretarial works from the CEO and team.
Requirements:
Relevant diploma in compliance, finance, audit, or other related fields / A-level applicable.
Relevant certification in compliance, risk and governance would be a bonus.
Relevant certification in AML / CFT would be a bonus.
No experience required; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
