We’re a design studio in the sphere of design communications, graphic design and events organisation. We’re looking for a admin assistant to support our team and ensure smooth operation of daily activities. The admin assistant will work with the studio partners to carryout managing administrative tasks, coordinating office operations, and supporting the creative team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a creative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: daily office operations, including document management and project tracking.
Resource Maintenance: Manage studio supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Financial Support: Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.?
Human Resources: Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate records.
Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the design team as needed.
Pre-requisite:
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.?
