Customer Service Officer- (Singaporean)
Job responsibilities :
Provide updates to clients/customers.
Perform accurate and prompt entry of fax orders, order hotline and other sources into the system.
Handle all enquiries/complaints/feedback from customer/clients.
Ensure compliance to ISO and ISMS procedures and processes.
Requirements:
Experienced in Customer service
Good verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
Careful and meticulous, attention to details
Good follow up and time management skill
Computer literate
