Job Scope:

Maintain a Quality Management System compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, ISO 16949, and other regulatory requirements determined by management.

Ensure that all measuring equipment is calibrated according to the specified intervals and meets the required standards.

Identify inspection critical points for new projects based on customer drawings and product specifications.

Resolve quality assurance issues using Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR) and root cause analysis.

Conduct employee training and oversee the performance appraisal process.

Regularly communicate the plant's quality performance to both plant associates and management.

Manage nonconformities, including reviewing in-process quality failures, determining the disposition of nonconforming materials, and liaising with customers and suppliers to resolve issues.

Monitor program performance post-implementation to prevent the recurrence of operational problems and ensure efficient operations.

Participate in activities such as providing support for UL-related issues, handling environmental declarations, and controlling RoHS documents.

Conduct regular Quality Management System (QMS) briefings to raise awareness among employees.

Ensure that changes implemented in production areas are effectively managed to prevent potential adverse impacts on operations.
