We are Hiring under Recruit Express Services headcount and you will be deployed to:
Salary: $1800 - $2200 (With incentives/KPI up to $250)
Duration: 6 months or longer
Immediate for 6 months or longer
Working Hours:
8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
8.30am - 12.30pm (Sat)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer service hotline across all areas
• Answer enquiries and provide information
• Able to handle complaints and troubleshoot problems
• Escalate cases that do not fall within FAQs to the relevant and correct parties
• Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-backs to customers if necessary
• Update call logs and reports to ensure daily, weekly and monthly SLAs are being consistently met
