6 months Customer Consultant


Mon – Thur: 8.30am – 5.15pm, Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm


Job Descriptions:


Greet and direct customers to the Qmatic self-help kiosk for queue ticket.

Verify customers' on transactions and appointment time (if any), providing assistance as required.

Direct Financial Consultants with their customers for meeting room booking.

Provide assistance for basic enquiries from customers and financial consultants.

Support the CSC operation, notifying the team when there are customers with special needs.

Ensure that the drop boxes are cleared and documents/cheques are collected promptly.

Manage the collection of documents/cheques are collected promptly.

Follow up with customers to collect documents/cheques.

Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the CSC at all times

Requirements:


Min. Diploma holder and above

Well-spoken and customer service oriented

Comfortable with face-to-face counter customer service
