Basic Up To $4800 +Variable Bonus + Mobile Allowance

Working hours: Mon-Fri  8am-5.30pm, No need OT

What's' Your Duties

Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly resolving product or service issues.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, including handling on-site visits.

Maintain and update the service information system, ensuring all related paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Implement preventive measures and swiftly resolve technical issues.

Provide guidance and technical support to service teams and subcontractors during assignments, testing, and commissioning.

Verify and process subcontractor payments.

Actively participate in implementing departmental strategies and initiatives

What You Need To Have

Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.

Have a minimum of 2 -5 years of technical experience, particularly with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV, or HVAC systems.

Be resourceful and demonstrate strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit good teamwork capabilities, with the ability to lead and multi-task effectively.
