Production Engineer – Up to $4,100 – Seletar

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,100 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to execute job orders
Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion
Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution
Analyse back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations
Work with Estimation, Purchasing and Production teams in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime
Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
Well verse in both manual and CNC machining
Excellent knowledge in fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling
Able to read and understand technical drawings
Proficient in MRP systems
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin
