Job Scope:
4 mths Customer Service cum Admin
Data entry of purchasing data and update information system.
Register and create case in company system for all feedback received via email, calls, Whatapps and etc.
Acknowledge/reply emails within the stipulated response time.
Keep track and follow up on all cases until closure.
Escalate for action to be taken on cases pending closure.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm
Location: Dover
Able to start work immediately and commit for minimum 4 months.
Prior Admin/ Customer Service/ Logistics Admin experience is a plus.
