Quantity Surveyor Executive
Location: Ubi
Working hours: Monday to Thursday (9am - 6.30pm), Friday (9am-6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,800 + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Conduct quantity take off, price, forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities
Prepare forecast for monthly subcontractors payments
Liaise with the client and data entry of project expenses into system
Document progress claims, materials, and reports on project
Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
At least Diploma holder and 3 years of relevant experience
At least 3 years of experience in the Interior Design industry preferred
