Assistant HR Manager (Payroll/ Tax/ Work pass)


Job Description

Assistant HR Manager (Payroll/ Tax/ Work pass) – Suntec/ Up to $4700

Location : Suntec City Tower 3 ( Walking distance from MRTs)

Working hours : 5 days work week; Monday - Friday,9am - 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary up to $4700 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Duration : Permanent

Industry : Largest Indoor Edutainment Centre 

 


 


Main Responsibilities:


Handle full spectrum of payroll process.

Manage time attendance system and review timesheets for payroll processing.

Manage all work pass related matters.

Create, maintain, and update all leave records, including all government leave claim submission.

Administer employee’s work injury related matters and employee medical insurance claims.

Manage and negotiate the employees’ insurance benefits plan with external insurance agency.

Develop and implement employee development, source and arrange for training for staff, administer and apply statutory training grants/funding and maintain proper training records.

Manage tax clearance (IR21) and annual income tax submission (IR8A).

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Establish and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Undertake and execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 


Administrative Responsibilities:


Maintain agreements’ file relating to HR and admin, including office rental etc.

Manage and oversee planning and organising of offsite meeting and recreation activities.

Make bookings of travel arrangements for senior management and employees.

Prepare expense claims for Senior Management.

All other related administrative duties.

Undertake and execute any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

 


 


Requirements:


Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR.

Proven experience as an Assistant HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
