Sales Coordinator/Sales Admin (Customer Service)
Location : Near Joo Koon MRT
Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
Salary (Depend on experience) : Up to $3700 + $150 Transport allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Medical

Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries on specific application requirements
Select and size up a suitable pump or blower to meet the customer’s need.
Develop customer proposals for vacuum pump and blower solutions like pump sizing, matching of spare parts, outsourcing accessories, costing and pricing
Engage customers via calls and emails to follow up on quotations and technical clarification
Act as single point of contact for technical & commercial clarification for customers, contractors, resellers and agents
Track, analyse and report quote activities; participate in Monthly Report process
Execute contract review prior to order entry
Evaluate and interpret customers’ specification on against our offer & clarify with customer where necessary
Assist in creating sales order, procurement, shipment and shipping information to customer
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
Diploma in any discipline
1 - 2 years of related experience
Candidate without experience is welcome to apply as full training is provided
