Location: Will be assigned to the nearest available polyclinic
Salary: Around $1800 - 2000 a month
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 7.5hrs, Sat 4.5hrs
Job Scope:
Guiding patients to enrol through HealthHub app or National CRM
Onboarding patients to HealthierSG, including booking of Health Plan related appointments
Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS) for HealthierSG related visits
Answering patients’ queries with regards to HealthierSG
Collecting of HSG Enrolment data
Monitoring the stock level and topping up HSG related collaterals
Promoting NHG Cares App (NCA) to patients
Requirements:
Bilingual with good communication skills
Tech savvy
