Sales Coordinator (SALES SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICE)
Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3200 + VB + 14 days Annual Leave + Medical/Dental (Cap at $500 per year)
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Textile/Fabric distributor
Main Responsibilities:
Attending to walk-in customers, phone and email enquiries
Liaise with suppliers and clients
Prepare Quotations, Tenders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Data Entry, etc.
Plan Delivery Schedule
General Admin, Filing, Inventory, Correspondence
Requirements:
Min 1 year relevant experience in garment or fashion industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates with experience with the garment/ work wear industry will be an added advantage
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
