The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering our client, a statutory board within the public sector.
We are looking for a Office Admin Executive.
The role will start out as a 12-month contract under Adecco's payroll.
Candidates who are able to start work within short notice will be preferred.
The Talent
Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant administrative experience.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office administration, facilities management, or corporate support roles.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with high attention to detail.
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently while handling diverse administrative and ad hoc tasks.
Experience in facilities management, procurement, documentation, and process mapping is an advantage.
Job Description
Provide comprehensive office administration support, including managing office supplies, equipment, procurement processes, and mail distribution.
Support facilities management by processing monthly bills and cost recovery submissions, coordinating with vendors for maintenance services, and managing staff and visitor access control.
Assist with corporate secretariat functions such as booking venues and arranging refreshments for meetings and events.
Liaise with contractors and property managers to resolve facility-related issues and communicate updates or announcements to staff.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety guidelines and handle ad hoc administrative requests.
Prepare clear and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instruction guides for administrative processes.
