The responsibilities of this role include understanding employers' needs, presenting suitable domestic helper profiles, building strong relationships, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team for successful placement.
Candidates preferably have Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (C.E.I.) or previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively are also desired.
