Job scope
Responsible to outlet management and lead outlet team (5-8 staff)
Monitor and address KPI progress to meet personal and outlet KPIs
Handle complaints, complete paperwork and perform hair treatment at times
Train, mentor, and coach staff for performance improvement
Promote and implement team philosophy for better efficiency
Participate in training, presentations, meetings, and company events

Requirement
3-5 years of relevant experience with proven KPI achievement in a similar industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual; able to converse with English and Chinese-speaking clients
Highly self-motivated; capable of delivering results under pressure in a dynamic environment
