Job Description

Customer Service Officer 

Location: Jurong Area (Nearest MRT: Lakeside) 

Working hours: 5-day work week Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm OR 9.00am – 6.00pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to  $3800 + Variable Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave 

Duration: Permanent 

Industry: Consumer and Moving Services – MNC 

 


Main Responsibilities:


Respond to phone and web inquiries

To take down client’s removal details

Schedule survey appointments for the sales department 

Consider client’s requirements from the survey report and any other information source into account and formalize them in a quote for removal

Ensure the administrative file (export documentation) is completed timely with clients and the Operational Manager 

Follow up on requests from direct client / branch / agents

Prepare physical file with all necessary documents for the traffic department

To tally details on system and physical document

Update internal excel sheets accordingly

Any other Ad-hoc task assigned by the company 

 


Requirements: 


Minimum O levels 

Minimum one to two year of relevant experience

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
