Urgent! Customer Service Officer (Live Chat) | Office Hours | Geylang Bahru
Duration: 6 months extendable/convertible
Working Location: Kallang Sector (Nearest MRT: Geylang Bahru)
Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm, 08.30am – 5.30pm or 09.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday, 8 hours work per day) and Alternate Saturday 08.00am – 1.00pm (4 hours work)
0.5 month completion bonus
Job Responsibilities
Process letters and emails correspondences to customers upon request
Attend to incoming General Hotline calls
Manage customer enquires via livechats
Handle customer enquiries on payment arrangement and reconnection
Job Requirements
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
