Position: Payroll Assistant
Location: Pandan Road (Nearest MRT - Clementi/Jurong East)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll and ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time (around 100 headcount)
Ensure payments are in accordance with MOM Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines
Submission of Form IR21 for tax clearance, employee yearly Income Tax - Form IR8A, CPF submission, NS make-up claims and submission of FWL wavier
Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation
Application, Renewal and Cancellation of Work Permits
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Able to multi-task and work under tight datelines
Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel
