Job Description

Admin AssistantAdmin Assistant (Simple Duties)

Location                  : West (Bus stop nearby)

Working hours        : 5 day work week – 8.00am – 5.00pm (After working hours consider as OT)

Salary                      : Basic salary up to $2800 + Performance Bonus + OT payable (Not much OT required/ Work life balance) + 14 to 18 Days Annual leave + $300 medical benefit per year 

Duration                  : Permanent

Industry                   : Manufacturer of Canned drink

 


 


Main Responsibilities:


Prepare report and do administration duties

Match vendor invoice

Issue payment voucher to vendor and vending customers

Reimburse petty cash

Key receipts

Cash counting

Bank in cash at least once a week

Inter-co billing

Vending commission checking

Issue Credit note to Vending machine customers

Monthly journal

Answering phone for customer enquiry

Other ad hoc duties assign 

 


 


Requirements:


1 year of relevant experience 

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
