????Working Day & Time: Monday - Friday (9am - 5.30pm); Saturday (9am - 1pm)
????Job Scope & Requirements:
????Be the go-to person for all Airfreight Import issues and import shipments.
????Handle internal stakeholders and external customer relationships.
????Manage the entire import process and quickly address any urgent shipment needs.
????Hold regular reviews with customers to ensure met customer expectations mapped in SOP.
????Resolve any billing disputes with customers, and any ad hoc assisnged.
????Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience.
????Singaporean only.
