Position : Project/Site Supervisor (Construction/Electrical) – Up to $4,500 

Location : Office at Toa Payoh | Project Site Based 

Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm 

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + HP Allowance $50 + Up to $250 Transport Allowance + 12 to 18 days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities: 

Assist in the execution of the project assigned by Project Engineer. 

Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others. 

Supervising of sub-contractors work and ensuring safety practices are followed. 

Liaise with affiliated parties for the material delivery. 

To assist engineer to carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the work site. 

Conduct quality checks of sub contractor/vendor works daily. 

Handle site inspections, to arrange and attend to site inspections with RTO. 

Arrange site inspection with client/main contractors representative and update site installation progress 

To update the drafter on site changes regularly. 

Arrange and obtain for permit to work before execution of site. 

Raise non-conformance product report for nonconforming products. 

To ensure proper handover process of project to the customer upon project completion. 

Carried out assignment as detailed by the Senior Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager.

Requirements: 

Diploma in Building / Civil / Electrical Engineering 

Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in similar capacity under building/construction/engineering industry 

Electrical Background is a must
