Tally Clerk (Gross up to $2500 / 5.5 Days / Tuas / Immediate Hiring)

Job Details:

- Basic up to $2100 + Skill Allowance

- Working Days: Monday - Saturday

- AM Shift: Monday - Friday 7.30am – 3.15pm, Saturday 7.30am – 12.45pm

- PM Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm – 10.45pm, Saturday 12.45pm – 6pm

- Location: Tuas

Job Scope:

Oversee the loading, unloading, and stacking of goods from shipping containers in the receiving and dispatching area.

Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by comparing goods to shipping invoices and packing orders.

Document any discrepancies between consigned and received quantities on consignor’s documents and tally sheets.

Report anomalies or damaged goods promptly.

Handle re-packing, reconstitution, and segregation of damaged goods.

Record all commodity receipts, issues, and disposals on the warehouse's inventory system.

Supervise cleaning exercises after loading and unloading, and conduct reconstitution exercises when necessary.

Conduct inventory checks to ensure accuracy.

Monitor casual workers to prevent or minimize pilferage.

Adhere to warehouse housekeeping and safety measures.
