Position: Logistic Coordinator

Location: Benoi/Jurong West

Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)

Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4500+ AWS + Medical + Dental

Duration: Permanent/ 1 year contract renewable for Jurong West

Main Responsibilities:

Guide a team of coordinators associates to provide administrative support to the Operations. 

Handle order processing, prepare and maintain reports and files for all operations records, correspondence, plans, and expenses. 

Assist in the coordination and preparation of all necessary documentation for the movement of cargo.

Perform tracking and tracing functions, and assist in the daily warehouse and administrative activities and communications 

Liaise closely with external parties to ensure shipments are expedited smoothly. 

Correspondence and liaison with customers and to attend to their enquiries. 

Handle any other ad-hoc / administrative duties. 

Conduct routine ESD testing on ESD equipment like shelving, carts and workbenches. 

Perform ESD sensitivity testing to determine the susceptibility of devices to electrostatic discharge. Utilize various ESD testing equipment, including ESD guns, probes and simulators. 

Document test result accurately and comprehensively. 

Maintain calibration records for ESD testing equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics, material planning, or coordination roles within a technical or data center environment.

Familiarity with data center hardware, equipment, and related components; understanding of inventory management systems is preferred.

Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)

Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration 

Good customer relationship management skills
