Job Description

HR cum Admin Assistant Manager - GOOD COMPANY!!!!

Location : Near Tuas West MRT (Transport Provided: Yishun, Woodlands, Jurong East and Boon Lay MRT)

Working hours : 9am – 5.45pm/ Monday to Friday - On Hybrid Working Style : 2 days work from office, 3 days work from home - NO OT REQUIRED!!!

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5200 + AWS + AT LEAST 2-3 months Variable Bonus yearly + $130 monthly transport allowance + Annual leave 14 days (plus 1 day each year to max 21 days)

Duration : Perm

 



Main Responsibilities:


HR, Admin and Facilities


1.? ?Support the F&A Manager in ensuring seamless HR, administrative and facilities operations.

2.? ?Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

3.? ?Coordinate company events, meetings and conferences.

 

Reporting and Compliance


1.? ?Prepare accurate and timely internal and external reports for Management, Head Office and statutory authorities.

2.? ?Submit reports to relevant parties, adhering to deadlines.

 


Office Administration


1.? ?Maintain a secure, efficient and well-organized office environment.

2.? ?Oversee office security, equipment maintenance and upgrades.

3.? ?Ensure smooth general administration operations.

 


Requirements:


Diploma/Degree Education Level in HR

Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience or combined experience in similar capacity

HR background is required

Administrative and Office management skills

Good knowledge of local laws & legislations

General Knowledge of corporate & office compliance matters

Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
