Responsibilities:
Arrange travel and accommodations
Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
Coordinate events/dinners and speaking engagements, including guest reception, food and lodging arrangements
Manage household staff including chefs, drivers, and domestic helpers
Purchase items according to the employer's personal preferences
Draft and handle correspondence such as emails and letters
Liaise with office staff at all levels to ensure smooth coordination
Remind the employer of important tasks and deadlines
Run errands as requested
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication and coordination skills
Strong service orientation with high adaptability and attentive to the details
Ability to be flexible and maintain a humble attitude
Basic security awareness and capability
