About the Role
As a fresh graduate joining our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll step into the dynamic and exciting world of executive search, where you’ll match high-potential talent with high-growth businesses. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of industries, including Financial Services, Legal, Technology, Manufacturing, Consumer Retail, Engineering, and more, with the opportunity to specialize as you grow in your career.

Responsibilities
Own the entire recruitment lifecycle: From sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment process.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention: By delivering top-tier talent that aligns with clients’ needs, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Build and nurture talent pipelines: Establish and grow a network of top talent, both active and passive candidates, ensuring a strong pool of potential hires.
Facilitate successful negotiations: Act as a bridge between clients and candidates, guiding constructive negotiations to create outcomes that benefit both parties.
Track key recruitment metrics: Monitor and report on critical metrics, including meeting sales targets, to drive business performance.
What We Look Out For
A degree in any field.
