Account Manager (Property Financing/ Loan) – Up to $6500
Location: Changi Business Park
Working hours: 5 days work week; Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $6500 + Performance Bonus + Birthday Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Acquire and manage new clients (both corporate and individuals)
Building and maintaining rapport with client accounts
Preparing and submitting credit proposals, assessing creditworthiness and risk
Collaborating with credit and backend teams to ensure accurate loan approvals/disbursements
Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of accounts
Requirements:
More than 2 years of relevant working experience in soliciting for commercial loans and preparing credit proposals
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates with relevant experience will be viewed favorably, though not necessary
Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin
