Sales Executive (Business Development-Freight Forwarding) - Up to $8k
Location : Penjuru Road
Working hours : 5 days : Monday to Friday; 8.45 – 6.15
Salary (commensurate with experience) : GROSS Up to $8000 (Basic up to $5000 + $1000 Transportation + 150 Mobile Phone) + Competitive Commission scheme on top of Salary Package (Target 3 times)

Main Responsibilities:
Hunt and secure fresh business and customers
Meet targets and/or increase the organization's revenue, volumes, and gross profit
Execute business development strategies and tactics
Interact with local and overseas vendors / agent (including Air, Ocean, and others) on securing the best rates in the market for customer proposal purposes.
Manage and analyze the performance of owned customers, identify the need for action and execute these actions
Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids if required
Contribute ideas on process improvements & implementation of related improvements.
Execute and manage all other jobs as assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
Ability to secure fresh business and customers independently
Possess own customer base
Knowledge in License / Bonded / Alcohol warehousing would be an added advantage
Min. 5 years in a customer facing role in freight forwarding, shipping line, air cargo, logistics, supply chain or similar industries, in the roles of business development, sales, commercial, operations or customer service.
Knowledge of customer retention and experience in dealing with customers
Possess own transport
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
