Job Description

Events Executive (Administrative/Coordination/Logistics)

Location: Gul Road (company transport provided)

Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am - 5.30pm)

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,900 + Performance Bonus (Up to 6 months) + Flexi Benefits + OT pay (if required)

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Marine & Construction Engineering (Listed & MNC Company)

 


Main Responsibilities:


Coordinate and assist company in-house events

Prepare memo for admin related matters like, condolences, company events, company transport schedule, etc

Arrange and coordinate company’s driver schedule

Make travel arrangements for company staffs

Handling of company official document for postage or courier

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 


Requirements:


Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Minimum Diploma in any discipline

At least 2 years of experience in administration

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot table, V-lookup, PowerPoint and Word)
