Material Planning/Customer Service Executive (Japanese Speaking) - Up to $6,000 - Tai Seng
Location : Tai Seng
Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,000 + AWS + Bonus + Mobile & Transport Claims + Annual Increment + Medical & Dental Benefits + Annual Health Screening + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the transfer of projects from Japan HQ to the ASEAN region
Conduct demand planning based on customer’s requirements and forecasts
Maintain and manage inventory levels optimally
Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service departments for delivery coordination
Provide accurate and timely reporting of actual and forecasted numbers to suppliers and Japan HQ
Develop a good understanding of Customer Products and Supply Chain
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain or equivalent
Minimum 3 Years of experience in customer service, purchasing or material planning in the electronics or semiconductor industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Japanese is mandatory for effective coordination of project transfers from Japan HQ
