Position: Operations Executive (From Freight Forwarding)
Location: Loyang, East Region (STRAIGHT BUS FROM PASIR RIS MRT)
Working hours: 5 Working days (Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm /9am to 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 + AWS + Insurance Coverage + Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Ability to handle documentation for all shipments and plan for collection/delivery in order to meet cut-off timing.
Preparing and processing of shipments
Follow-up with customers on shipment status, building good customer relationship and assist on customers’ request.
Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
Ability to ensure that KPIs are met.
Requirements:
Recognized Diploma / ITE preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain / Operations Management
Good working knowledge for MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin
