Assist with general office administration & any other duties as assigned by the manager or director
Prepare monthly sales reports & meeting slides
Handling of documents & forms for signature & submission
Incoming & outgoing mails
Update of sales reports for contests / challenges
Handling of customers' calls & enquiries
Creating powerpoint slides for meetings, trainings or webinars
Reception duties
