Admin Assistant (Simple Accounting/ Receptionist) - ALL WELCOME
Location : Lavender / Bartley / Loyang, East Region
Working hours : 5 days a week - Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $2800 + Performance Bonus + $30/monthly- Medical Claim
Duration : Permanent
Industry : Business and management consultancy services
Main Responsibilities:
Perform carpark administrative duties
Handle client’s enquiries through calls and email
Handle client’s invoices in a timely manner
Assist in processing and updating client’s data
Perform month-end closing duties
Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
At least higher Nitec Certification in Accounting or any discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to start work immediately or on a short notice will be advantageous.
