As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Greet and assist visitors, as well as screen and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the mailroom, including handling high volumes of incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining records, and distributing posts and faxes to the relevant staff.
Oversee the procurement of office supplies, marketing materials, and pantry items.
Facilitate meeting room reservations, confirm attendee numbers with users, and prepare beverages when required.
Organize and coordinate logistics for large team meetings, including catering arrangements when necessary.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Schedule and manage regular servicing for office equipment, such as photocopiers, water dispensers, and other essential devices.
Requirements:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
