Responsibilities:

Lead and ensure day-to-day smooth warehouse/ logistics operations.

Plan and coordinate resources for daily inbound and outbound operations.

Oversee both warehouse and shipping operations to ensure efficient and timely distribution.

Maintain high level of customer service standard at all times.

Ensure safe work environment for all operational staffs.

Manage inventory and storage efficiencies.

Promote continuous improvement or process improvement to optimize warehouse processes and operational workflows.

Control costs, manage budgets, and negotiate vendor rates.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field.

At least 8 - 10 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, with strong supervisory experience.

Prior experience working in a fast paced environment and handling large volume of shipments will be ideal for this position.
