Customer Service Executive Required in Singapore


Job Description

Customer Service Executive (Quotation/ Purchase Order/ Delivery)

Location            : Loyang Lane (Direct buses from Bedok, Tampines and Pasir Ris right in front of office)

Working hours       : 8.30am  – 5.30pm; 5 days work; 1 day WORK FROM HOME every week 

Salary (commensurate with experience)          : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance bonus + 14-18 Days Annual leave + Medical claim

Duration            : Permanent 

Industry            : Manufacturer and supplier of equipment


 



 


Main Responsibilities:


Create sales quotation upon request from customers or sales team.

Order entry and follow-up with customers on the delivery dates, including system projects order entry, PO placement with source and logistics matters.

Releasing of shipment for pick/pack.  

Co-ordinating with freight forwarders for pickup.??

Support Field Service on service order and billing.

Manage quality complaints between customers and source plant.

Update equipment parts lead time.  

Follow-up on incoming shipments (equipment parts) including system projects.???

Ad-hoc activities or administrative tasks as assigned. ?????


 



 



 


Requirements:


Minimum GCE 'A' Level or Diploma level

Knowledge of PC-Work (MS-Office: Excel etc.)

Experience in liaising with international customers

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
