Accounts Assistant/Executive (AR/AP/Month-end closing)
Location : Suntec City
Working hours : 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Annual Leave (2nd Year - 14 Days)

Main Responsibilities:
Cargo payment and receivable entries
Miscellaneous payment and receivable entries
Payment and receivable entries for local suppliers
Draft payment to local suppliers/Reimbursement in bank and submit for approval.
Month end closing/ Year end closing
Filing of documentations (Bank charges, Miscellaneous Payment, Cargo Accounting Entries and Expense Reports)
Keep digital copy of approval and supporting documents (PDF)
Keep Original (Physical) receipts of local payments
Daily Cashflow Reports
Expense reports checking and approval
Adhoc projects and reports at request by management.
Knowledge to Sage 300 system is an added advantage (not criteria)
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
