SHIPPING DOCUMENTATION OFFICER (Import/Export/ Invoice)- ALL WELCOME
Location : North Bridge Road (Walking distance to MRT) / Loyang Crescent (Company Bus Pickup location - Ang Mio Kio MRT, Hougang Ave 2, Pasir Ris MRT and Pasir Ris Street 1)
Working hours : 5 days / Monday - Friday - 9.30am -5.30pm
Salary (Commensurate with experience): Salary up to $3500 + AWS + 14 days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operations through proper coordination so the materials are arrived on time
Coordinate with warehouse on the delivery of items
Arrange the shipment for raw materials and finished products
Coordinate the import and export operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing
Liaise and coordinate with carriers, vendors or customers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments
Resolve shipment issues and consult Manager is necessary
Prepare certification documentations to Engineering and Commercial team
Prepare certification of Origin
Requirements:
ALL WELCOME.
At least 1 year prior experience in Shipping/ Logistic/ Freight.
Knowledge with Overseas Shipping Agency (Southeast Region) will be an advantage.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
