Warehouse/Logistics/Shipping Coordinator (Pandan Rd - West)
Location : Pandan Rd (West)
Working hours : Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Up to 18 Days)

Main Responsibilities:
To manage efficiently manage warehousing core processes & operations Inventory management
Manage the logistics for import, export, and re-export shipments, liaising with carriers to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling Arrival Notices, Bills of Lading, Switch BL, and other shipment-related documentation.
Monitoring inbound & outbound shipments including local deliveries.
Negotiating & securing freight rates etc.
Other activities as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or in any related discipline
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Passed Customs Competency Test for Declarants will be an advantage for this job.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
