Sales Executive - Service Agreement (Heavy Equipment Industry) - Must Own Car
Location : Gul Circle
Working hours : Monday - Friday 8am to 5:15pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3800 Basic + $1000 Car Allowances + Commission + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave (Up to 21)

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure profitable growth of our Agreement Base by selling new Service Agreements, renewing existing Agreements with added value/scope, and ensuring customer retention via active relationship management.
The Sale of new and renewal Service Agreements to potential customers
Maintain and develop business relationships with customers to ensure profitable growth and customer retention
Prepare quotations and tenders and negotiate their terms according to company Contractual Instructions and grant approvals according to Delegation of Authority
Follow good CRM practices on all Sales Case and Activity monitoring and handling
Responsible for proper execution of Business Reviews for the related Agreements, utilizing the online customer portal
Responsible for proper handover of all agreement details to Administrators/Planners and coordinate any needed changes during active agreement period
Actively promote other non-agreement Services and Products, focusing on asset Modernizations and Spare Part needs
Assist in creating team level sales forecasts, strategies, Annual Plans and Long-Term Plans
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Sales, Engineering, or related field
1-2 year/s of Engineering or Sales experience
Experience working with Siebel CRM or similar tools
Posses own car
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with associates who can only speak mandarin.
