Warehouse Executive (5 Days Work Week)
Location : Yishun (Few Bus Stop from Yishun MRT)
Working hours : Monday - Friday 8.00am to 5.45pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave (Up to 14 Days)

Main Responsibilities:
Support supervisor in the day-to-day operation activities
Responsible for planning and assigning the warehouse tasks to the Operations staffs
Conduct weekly/bi-weekly/monthly inventory cycle count to ensure accuracy of inventory data and resolve discrepancies
Manage storage space and capacity for new and existing stocks
Collaborate with other departments such as Business Unit and Finance to prepare necessary documents as required
Practice and engage safe work procedures
Submitting weekly inventory report to superior to investigate discrepancies and prepare/report on any stock adjustment
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant logistics experience in warehouse operations
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
